LACHKO DELICIOUS DAAL

Ingredients
1. one cup of spilt pigeon peas (arhar dar)
2. one an a half teaspoon of turmeric powder
3. 4-5 tablespoon of pure ghee
4. salt to taste
Method
1.cook the dal on a pressure cooker with the turmeric powder in two cup of water till the pressure is releases three or four times.
2. when the pressure release completely remove the lid, stir in the salt and tablespoon of ghee.
3 bring the dal to boil in lower heat and simmer for 5 minute
4. serve hot with the remaining ghee.
